I cannot turn on my MP3/MP4 Player?

Please first check to make sure the unit is fully charged. The unit will need to be charged for 5-7 hours for a full charge. If your unit uses batteries please make sure you are using new batteries. The unit can be charged by wall adaptor and in the case there is no wall adaptor, the unit will usually in this case use a USB cable to charge. The USB cable must be connected to a computer for power and charging.
