Unfortunately Apple does not allow any other unit to work with iTunes but the iPod (Apple products). You can use windows media player to do the same thing, however using the SYNC function. You can also always add the songs onto the unit manually. Please refer to the below instructions for adding music as indicated above: Add music manually: ? Connect the unit to the computer via the USB Cable ? Once the unit has been connected, the computer should recognize the unit and assign it a particular drive in your MY COMPUTER file. ? Please find and open the designated drive the unit is plugged into ? The folder will hold all the information for the unit. ? You can create a folder of Music and drag it into this folder, or you can drag each song into this folder. ? Once music has been put into this folder, the unit should be able to recognize and play the files. Add music via Windows Media Player: ? Connect the unit to the computer ? Then open Windows Media Player, and follow the instructions to associate (sync) the unit to the computer. Please make sure you have the most up to date version. ? On the top of windows media player, there is a tab for ?SYNC? ? When you click that tab, it will open a library of music and show you a sidebar with the unit that has been connected. ? The sidebar for the unit will show you the songs on the player and the amount of space available. ? Simply drag and drop songs from the library to the side bar ? When you have completed adding the songs to the side bar, then you can go ahead and press the ?Start Sync? button ? Start sync will be found under the unit toolbar
